Fyaril's Returns, Refund and Replacement Policy
Defects
Buyer should notify the seller as soon as the defect is discovered on receipt of the delivery. Buyer and seller can agree on either replacement of the product or refund. The refund policy applies when buyer has handled product in a reasonable manner and has not caused the damage after receiving the item.
Replacement
If buyer wishes to replace the item for any reason including to variation in size, color or design, buyer is advised to contact seller and request a replacement of the product or a refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You always have a right to withdrawal your purchase. For the right of withdrawal to apply you must notify the seller within 14 days after you have received the delivery. You can contact the seller on Fyaril website in the contact provided on the product page or seller page and inform that you want to use the right of withdrawal. You can fill up withdrawal form (attached) and send a message the seller along with your order details and withdrawal form.
In order to use the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Product should be returned in original packaging along with labels, tags, manuals, brochures you received along with the product. The seller has a right to compensation for example if the product has been handled more than necessary. All products must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time, no later than within 14 days of your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. Any shipping cost for the return is paid by you.
The seller is obliged to refund the entire purchase price, including postage for the shipment, handling fee, customs fees, cash on delivery, etc. Refund must be made no later than 14 days from the day the seller received the buyer's notice, provided that within this time the item is received by either the seller or at Fyaril warehouse.
The product can be returned with the company package, if possible, in the original packaging, and filled right of withdrawal form which you can download from . The buyer is responsible for the postage
The buyer cannot use a reason of regret the purchase for the products those are perishable or rapidly deteriorate. The items such as CDs, DVDs, audio or video or computer programs which have been used. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the products due to health or hygiene reasons such as men’s, children’s and women’s inner ware, products related to personal hygiene, dental and mouth care, body & hair care if the packaging or seal is broken.
