Where is Fyaril located?
Fyaril is headquartered in Sweden with subsidiary in India. Apart from this, through our partners, we have digitally connected warehouses in Mumbai, Spain, Germany, UK and Netherlands.
Is Fyaril B2B or B2C marketplace?
Fyaril supports its sellers in both B2B and B2C models. Most of our current B2B deals are done offline, through our field agents, in-house sales & marketing team based in Europe.

Which countries Fyaril sell into?
Fyaril is a global platform which enables sellers to sell to the customers in any part of the world. Customers from various countries will see products in local currency and local language. We are building local sites for each country so customers can have local shopping experience while enabling sellers to sell.

How much commission Fyaril charges?
Fyaril takes zero commission from sellers for B2C model. For B2B model, depending on the seller plan, Fyaril takes 5-15% commission on order value.
Who is responsible for shipping and delivery in B2C plan?
for B2C model, at the checkout, customer will choose one of the shipping methods. Depending on speed and operator, delivery charges vary. Typically, seller is responsible to send goods to Fyaril's Mumbai warehouse. We consolidate orders in our Mumbai warehouse and then ship goods to the customer.

How is order processed in B2B plan?
Fyaril platform provides options to the sellers to specify curated pricing, quantity pricing and payment terms on the platform. These options are controlled by the seller from their own seller dashboard. Any incoming enquiries or request for quote from the customers is directly passed to the seller. Fyaril closely coordinates, when B2B customers request for samples and/or quotations from the manufacturers. To ensure, proper communication and closure of order, Fyaril team maintains communication between the manufacturer and the buyer in all phases until order is delivered.

Who is responsible for shipping and delivery in B2B plan?
In B2B, delivery size / weight can be deciding factor for shipping mode. For large deliveries, Fyaril facilitates FCL and LCL ocean freight deliveries to the warehouses in Europe. From local warehouses, depending on customer preference, goods are delivered FOB or CFR, CIF at European warehouse or shipped to the customer with Fyaril delivery partners. Cost of the last mile delivery is borne by the customer. For smaller deliveries from India, customer chooses from multiple shipping options for which estimates are provided by Fyaril .

How are returns handled in B2B plan?
Fyaril does not allow returns on B2B orders unless there is a manufacturing defect. Fyaril coordinates discussions between buyer and seller in case of an issue in delivery.

How is payment processed in B2B plan?
Payment terms are discussed and decided between buyer and seller. Seller can mention payment terms in terms and conditions section. Terms and conditions can be specified for each product separately or for all products collectively.

Can I store my products in Europe?
Many buyers prefer to get deliveries of their goods within short period of time. It is also true that many large buyers have pre-condition that goods should already be in Europe. To facilitate quick delivery, Fyaril provides option to the sellers to store goods in warehouses in Sweden, Spain, Germany, UK and Netherlands. This service is charged separately depending on quantity stored, location of the warehouse and total volume in a year. However, it is not mandatory to store goods locally and you can process the orders as they are received.

No ! You do not need to have bank account or VAT number in Europe. You just need to received order – pack goods – handover package to the delivery partner.

I own a brand and sell my products on e-commerce marketplaces in India and/or abroad. Can I sell on Fyaril?
Yes ! In fact, Fyaril is created with a vision to take trusted Indian brands Global. Just apply for a vendor account, select an option that you own a brand. We will contact you to offer tailored plan to maximize your sales in Europe.

I have European VAT number, Can I sell goods on Fyaril?
Yes, apply for a vendor account, upload your digital inventory and sell on Fyaril. If you already have your goods stored in Europe, we pick goods from your warehouse and deliver them to the customer. If you do not have goods stored in Europe, we can help you to ship them in Europe.

I’m not aware of compliances, regulations required to sell in Europe. Can I still sell in Europe?
Yes, we are making it easy for vendors to be compliant. In simple way, for your products, we will help you to understand European compliance requirements and regulations. From time to time, Fyaril plans to offer free training, webinar for guidance to sellers to understand European market and learn. Once you are compliant to sell in Europe, you can keep yourself informed, maintain compliance to be able to continue to sell on Fyaril.

Returns

What happens if a customer returns an item?
Our goal is to minimise returns and maximise profits for you. To achieve, we discourage returning goods to India as this may not be cost effective solution unless value of shipment is large enough to justify administration needed. To ease life of vendor on returns, we offer return credits to each vendor depending on the credit rating or 10% of monthly sales whichever is lower after first 6 months on the platform. Once you have reached return rate beyond credit limit then obviously, some correction in sales approach will be needed. This means, we will have review returned products along with the vendor to find ways to reduce return rate, customers with highest return rate will be restricted and Fyaril will offer free storage of returned goods for 30 - 60 days in Europe. You only pay for repackaging if needed. You will have opportunity to sell your goods during this time. After free storage period is over, you will a choice either to start paying for the storage or decide to recycle the item or import back to India. For defective items received by the customers, Fyaril will charge a fee to recycle the item.
Sellers should upload terms and conditions for their store on Fyaril seller profile. During the checkout process customers explicitly need to agree to seller's terms and conditions .Sellers can mention store's return policy in terms and conditions. What are payment terms - How do I get paid for the goods sold?
We initiate payments every 1st and 15th of the month for the orders booked in previous 15 days slot. For example, if you sell on the 5th or the 14th of the month, we initiate bank transfer to you on the last day of that month.

What about fluctuation in currency? How can I benefit from higher exchange rate?
Fyaril uses live exchange rates from recognized exchanges. Customer always pays in local currency and you will always be paid in Indian rupees. We will always be transparent about exchange rates on the days of applicable transactions.

Who pays payment gateway commission?
Fyaril offers range of payment options to the customers so that they can use their most trusted payment solution. Each payment gateway has their own commission structure. Fyaril Typically, this is paid by the customer. In some cases, Fyaril pays the payment gateway fees. We are always transparent about payment processing charges that you customer needs to pay.

Do I need to pay any transaction fee?
Depending on the product you are selling, we charge from 5 to 15% transaction charges per order value.

How can I promote my products?
You will have plenty of options to choose from to promote your products. Through your Fyaril vendor panel you can opt for various campaigns on Fyaril platform to highlight your products. Fyaril conducts social media, print media, event sponsorship, marketing campaigns to be able to take your products deep and wide to the customers. Through your vendor panel, you will have opportunity to participate in paid and free promotional activities.
Shipping & logistics

Shipping
Fyaril uses various service providers to ensure your products are delivered to the customers on time. Depending on your plan, you can use either Fyaril’s fulfilment for shipping or your own carrier. Most important aspect of shipping is that goods need to be delivered to the customer on time.

Customs handling
In India as well as in Europe, Fyaril uses industry’s best customs agents who are experts in their profession. You as a vendor, do not need to manage this. If there is a query or request for more information about your products from customs, we will reach out to you.

Warehouses
We are partnering with various 3rd party logistics companies across Europe to provide you warehouses at the best locations, costs and provide best quality service. At present, you can store goods in Sweden, Spain, Germany and UK. In Netherlands, we offer storage in bonded warehouses. To use warehouses in Europe, you need to have Fyaril’s Ambassadors and B2B vendor plans. We may consider providing warehousing services for specialized and niche products even if you do not meet criteria criteria for Ambassador and B2B plans, please write to us .
