Packaging Guidelines
Package Completely
- All items must be completely covered. No part of the product should be exposed.
- At least one surface of the package must be a minimum of 11x16cm.
Dunnage (Filling)
- For non-fragile items, use paper dunnage as internal padding.
- For fragile items, use bubble wrap for better protection.
No POD Jackets
- Do not use packaging that contains any kind of external plastic pouches or packets for Proof of Delivery documents.
Plastic Ziplock Bags
- If using plastic ziplock bags, they must be compliant under law:
- Must be recyclable.
- Must be thicker than 50 micron
- Must contain manufacturer info, thickness, and plastic type.
Labeling Guidelines
Sticky Labels
- Use good quality, self-adhesive sticky label sheets (e.g., A4 size split into four).
- Labels must not peel, fade, or come off easily.
Label Size
- The standard size for each shipping label should be 4x6 inches
- Ensure there is no unnecessary white space on the label paper.
Label Placement
- Place the label on the largest flat surface of the package.
- The label must not be folded over edges or corners.
- The QR code and all text must be clearly visible and unobstructed by tape or adhesives.
Invoice Placement
- The invoice is different from the shipping label.
- The invoice should always be placed the package with the product.
