Applauding the innovation culture of Sweden, Deolalikar pointed out that Sweden's robust innovation culture and infrastructure-backed startup ecosystem, which is significantly fostered by government support provides entrepreneurs with amazing lucrative opportunities to thing big and 'out of the box,', thus making Sweden the 'hotbed' for innovation and entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, Deolalikar acknowledges the massive innovation growth witnessed by his home country India in the startup scene. He shared that the emergence of a structured startup ecosystem in India holds immense potential for rapid growth and the creation of numerous opportunities that foster innovation. 

Talking about the genesis of Fyaril, Deolalikar revealed that the traditional, sustainable Indian lifestyle and the demand gap for sustainable, handmade products in international markets were key contributors to the creation of Fyaril. Fyaril has evolved into an end-to-end integrated e-commerce marketplace, providing access to global markets for both small and large manufacturers. In less than a year, Fyaril has already listed over 5,500 products on its platform and is expected to grow exponentially

Highlighting Fyaril's sustainable practices, Deolalikar talked about introducing 'Fyaril Badges', a unique concept to promote conscious shopping practices and measure traceability of impact With every purchase on Fyaril, consumers contribute to transparent and noble causes such as women empowerment, energy conservation and poverty alleviation, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. Thus, Fyaril is able to help both B2B and B2C manufacturers enter new geographies, offering a range of solutions from risk mitigation to advanced subscription models.
