How can selling on Fyaril help my business?

Selling on Fyaril gives your business access to the 748 million people in the European market, which includes a growing 5.5 million-strong Indian and South Asian diaspora. It opens up global opportunities for your existing business with minimal effort from you.

Do I need a European bank account or VAT number?

No, it is not necessary. You can become a supplier on Fyaril's Global marketplace with your Indian GST / PAN numbers. When you are ready for international expansion, we can help you set up in Europe. However, if you already have an EU VAT number, you can register as a European vendor.

Can I sell my brand on Fyaril?

Yes! Fyaril is created with a vision to take trusted Indian brands global. We support both B2C and B2B sales. Once you complete your KYC, your products will receive a “Top Brand” badge, increasing trust and visibility on every product page.

What are the payment terms and how do I get paid?
  • Customers pay in their local currency (e.g., EUR), and you will be paid in currency configured in your vendor panel (e.g., INR). Fyaril uses live exchange rates for all transactions.
  • Depending on your seller plan, we charge a transaction commission from 5% to 20% per order.
  • We initiate payments every week. To ensure smooth payouts, please complete your KYC and update your bank account details in the vendor panel.
How are returns and shipping handled?

Returns: We aim to minimize international returns. For B2B orders, returns are not allowed unless there is a manufacturing defect. For B2C, we offer a return credit system to vendors based on performance. You can also define your own return policy (e.g., "non-returnable") in your store's Terms and Conditions.

Shipping: You can choose to ship orders via Fyaril’s fulfilment service or use your own carrier. Vendors are ultimately responsible for ensuring goods are delivered to the customer on time.

I'm not familiar with European regulations. Can I still sell?

Yes. We make it easy for vendors to be compliant. Fyaril will help you understand the European compliance requirements and regulations for your products. We also offer free training and webinars to help you learn and succeed in the European market.

How can I promote my products on Fyaril?

You have plenty of options. Through your vendor panel, you can participate in various paid and free promotional campaigns. Fyaril also runs its own marketing campaigns across social media, print, and events to drive traffic and sales for our vendors.
