How to Update Individual Product Details (Inventory)

Fyaril provides a set of powerful tools that allow you to quickly update key details for your products—such as inventory, price, images, and SEO—directly from your product list. This guide will walk you through how to use these features for making fast, individual updates without needing a bulk file upload.

Step-by-Step Instructions

All individual update functions can be accessed from the "Update Listed Products" page.

Part 1: Accessing the Product Update Tools

  1. From your seller dashboard, navigate to Products > Update Listed Products.
  2. On this page, you will see a list of all your products. Above the list is a menu of update options: Update Inventory, Update Vendor Price, Update Images, Update Videos, Update SEO, and Update Packaging Info.

Part 2: Updating Inventory 

1. Update Inventory

  • Click the Update Inventory button.
  • The page will refresh, displaying an editable "Inventory" field next to each product.
  • Change the stock quantity for the desired products by typing the new number directly into the field.
  • Once you've made all your changes, click the Save button in the top-right corner.

1. When should I use these individual update tools versus the "Update via File" option?

The individual update tools are designed for making quick and easy changes to a small number of products (fewer than 10 at a time). If you need to update more than 10 products, the system recommends using the Update Products via File option for greater efficiency.

2. Do I have to save my changes after editing each product?

No. You can make changes to multiple products on the same page (for example, updating the inventory for five different items) and then click the main Save button once at the top of the page to apply all your changes simultaneously.
