This guide provides a quick walkthrough on how to update your product images and packaging information directly from your seller dashboard. Correct packaging details are vital for accurate shipping cost calculations, while high-quality images help attract buyers and reduce returns.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these simple steps to update images and packaging details for your listed products.

Part 1: Updating Product Images

  1. From your seller dashboard, navigate to Products > Update Listed Products.
  2. Click the Update Images button from the top menu.
  3. A list of your products will appear. Locate the product you wish to update.
  4. To upload a new main image, choose one of the following methods:
    • Local: Upload an image directly from your computer.
    • Server: Select an image already uploaded to the Fyaril server.
    • URL: Paste a direct link to an image hosted online.
  5. Once you have selected the new image, scroll to the top of the page and click the Save button.

1. How many products can I update at once using this method?

This method is designed for updating fewer than 10 products at a time. If you need to update more than 10 products, it is more efficient to use the Update via File option, which allows you to make changes to your entire catalog using a spreadsheet.

2. What is the difference between updating an image via "Local," "Server," or "URL"?

Local allows you to upload an image file from your computer's hard drive. URL allows you to link to an image that is already hosted on another website by pasting its direct web address
