1. Account Setup & Verification
Before you can sell, you must complete your account registration. Ensure you have the following ready:
- Business Identity: Valid Trade License or Company Registration documents.
- Tax Documentation: VAT/TIN certificate as per your region.
- Banking Details: A valid business bank account for receiving payouts.
2. Product Listing Guide
Quality listings lead to higher conversion rates. Please follow these standards:
For B2C Retail
Use clear titles and high-quality images with white backgrounds. Focus on product benefits in the description.
For B2B Wholesale
Define your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and setup Tiered Pricing (e.g., Buy 100 for 10% discount).
3. Order Handling & Fulfillment
Managing your orders efficiently is key to maintaining a high vendor rating.
