AI Media Generation - Logs and Results

Use the logs pages to check whether AI media jobs are pending, processing, completed, failed, or ready to download.

Which log page to use

  • Media Job Logs: images, short videos, and individual generated media assets.
  • Video Project Logs: long-video projects, scene status, assembly status, and final videos.

How to read logs

  1. Open Marketing > AI Media > Media Job Logs or Video Project Logs.
  2. Filter by product, FUN code, preset, batch ID, or status.
  3. Check failed rows for error messages before submitting duplicate jobs.
  4. Open or download completed assets from the action buttons.
  5. For long videos, check scene progress and final assembled output.

Common statuses

  • Pending / queued: waiting to run.
  • Processing / waiting external: submitted to the media provider or waiting for output.
  • Done / accepted: output is available.
  • Failed: read the error message and fix product, balance, prompt, or reference-image problems.
  • Cancelled: job was stopped or cancelled.
Tip: For batch jobs, keep the batch ID. It helps you filter all jobs created by the same batch submission.
